The Tournament of Champions is a two-day nationwide mock trial competition. It is a once in a lifetime opportunity for high school teams to receive judging from nationally-acclaimed mock trial champions around the country, as well as the chance to prepare a case tailored to the championship experience.

Tournament of Champions provides its competitors with the once in a lifetime opportunity to experience some of the highest quality judging available in the country.
Our judges include renowned competitors and coaches across the entire nation, including former American Mock Trial Association National Champions, Gladiator competitors, Trial By Combat Competitors, National High School Mock Trial Champions, American Mock Trial Association W. Ward Reynoldson Award Winners, and more.
With Tournament of Champions, students will be given the unique opportunity to learn how to become champions by hearing from the best the country has to offer.

"On the morning of January 4, 2019, Jamie Willis, the owner of Sac O Sardines in Yazoo City, Alabama, was shot and killed inside his store during an apparent robbery. Hours later, authorities charged Alex Albacore, with murder and armed robbery. Albacore has entered a plea of 'not guilty' and the matter is scheduled for a jury trial on May 22-23, 2021."
The 2021 Tournament of Champions Case File was authored and edited by award-winning mock trial competitors and coaches, including former American Mock Trial Association National Champions, Trial By Combat competitors, National Trial Competition Champions, and former American Mock Trial National Championship case writers.
Teams will be given access to State v. Albacore in the Champions Portal upon registration.
