Our competitions bring together
the best of the best.

We do it to find champions, to bring teams together from across the country, and to create challenging yet rewarding opportunities for competitors. We do it all with one very real goal—to teach our students well. It may be mock trial, but the lessons our students take away from our competitions are very real.

Why choose MockOn?

MockOn is an organization for mock trial competitors run by mock trial competitors.

We know exactly what it’s like to compete because we’ve been doing it for years. We make sure to think like competitors when planning every single aspect of how we run these tournaments: from who we recruit as judges to how we write our cases. And we will never lose that perspective.

World class judging.

Our judges include former American Mock Trial Association National Champions, All-American competitors, Trial By Combat Competitors, National High School Mock Trial Champions, American Mock Trial Association W. Ward Reynoldson Award Winners, and more.

MockOn competitors are given the unique opportunity to improve by hearing from the best the country has to offer.

Unique and challenging cases.

Our cases are authored and edited by award-winning mock trial competitors and coaches, including former American Mock Trial Association National Champions, Trial By Combat competitors, National Trial Competition Champions, and former American Mock Trial Association National Championship case authors.

Our cases allow competitors to try complex, novel, and challenging topics each year.

A highly competitive field.

We don't take the caliber of our competitions lightly. Our goal is to cultivate excellence through competition.

The high school mock trial community doesn’t have too many opportunities to come together. Tha
t’s where we come in. Our virtual format allows state champions, national champions, and top performing high school teams from across the entire world to compete against one another without the cost of cross-country travel.
